Hi:

Whether or not your notebook has Bluetooth depends on the model wifi adapter it has.

Some model wifi adapters are wifi only and some are combination wifi/bluetooth adapters.

What model wifi adapter does your notebook have?

if you don't know, go to the device manager, click to expand the network adapters device manager category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.

Yes, your notebook has Bluetooth with that model WiFi card.

Ok, but my troubleshooter says that my device does not have Bluetooth, but when I bought my computer it said it had Realtek Wi-Fi (2x2) and Bluetooth 5 Combo (MU-MIMO supported).

If your notebook is still under warranty, I suggest you contact HP technical support and submit a support case under the warranty in order to get the disappearing Bluetooth problem fixed.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you get the Bluetooth to work.

Just know that your notebook is supposed to have Bluetooth with that model wifi card.

Can you show screen shot of your device manager window ?
