The brightness in my laptop stoped woking few days ago. The shortcuts in f2 and f3 are not working either and I can't even change the brightness from the control pannel. I've tried many things seen in the forums but still nothing.

What should I do?

Thanks

The buttons f5 and f6 to increase/decrease the brightness of my screen don't work anymore. I googled the problem and saw this:

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Software-and-How-To-Questions/Brightness-doesn-t-work-in-HP-n...

So downloaded some new drivers from this website for my laptop model:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-zbook-studio-g4-mobile-workstation/14840026/mode...

I downloaded:

- 5 driver chipset files

- 4 driver graphics files

- 1 bios update file

After downloading them I opened all of them and installed the files but the buttons still do not work.

Below a picture of some of the drivers I installed. Please help me fix this problem.
