when I want to increase or decrease my laptop brightness by using a shortcut on the keyboard. It gave me this error.

Please download and install HP Software Framework from the link - ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/cmit/softpaq/CASLSetup.exe. You will need to restart the system after installation.

You can download the HP Software Framework from this link:
