when I want to increase or decrease my laptop brightness by using a shortcut on the keyboard. It gave me this error.

Please download and install HP Software Framework from the link - ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/cmit/softpaq/CASLSetup.exe. You will need to restart the system after installation.

If you need to download the HP Software Framework program, the link you were directed to is incorrect.

 

You can download the HP Software Framework from this link:
