Dear HP Support Team,

I am writing about a problem with my HP Victus 15 laptop (Ryzen 5 5600H, RX 6500M, 16 GB RAM, Windows 11 24H2). After the recent Call of Duty Warzone/Black Ops 7 Season 1 update, the game’s Ricochet anti‑cheat displays an “Action required – BIOS firmware update” message and then forces my system to restart during game play. I have already updated to the latest HP BIOS available (version F.28) and confirmed that Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 are enabled, but the game still complains.

According to Activision and AMD’s documentation, Ricochet rejects AMD fTPM firmware with a **Manufacturer Version 3.*.0.* ** because of a bug in AMD’s remote‑attestation code. Activision notes that you must update to a BIOS containing AMD’s new fTPM firmware (versions 3.x.2.x or 3.x.5.x).
HP’s support team has acknowledged that current Victus BIOS releases do not update the fTPM firmware but until now we still waiting for a solution after more than 1 month.

 I would like to ask:

1. Do you have a **beta BIOS** or pre‑release firmware for the Victus 15 (R5 5600H) that contains AMD’s corrected fTPM firmware?
2. If not, is there a timeline for when a public BIOS update with fTPM version 3.x.2.x or 3.x.5.x will be released?

I appreciate any assistance you can provide. I’m unable to enjoy the game on my HP system because of this issue and would be grateful for any workaround or firmware update you can offer.

Thank you for your time and support.
