Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13t-aw000 CTO

My camera light turns on and refuses to turn off, even if I turn off access to the camera. None of my applications are accessing my camera. This also sometimes happens at boot up with the blinking red lights for the face scanning--they turn on and just keep blinking even after sign in. Is there a way to turn off the camera light?
