HP Envy x360 Convertible I have tried everything... I get a black screen and the light is on the camera. I suspect an update corrupted drivers or something but I have not seen a fix anywhere. Thanks ... Lee Nysted

Product # ???
It is a 2015 HP Envyx360 with Windows 10 and 64
It has a built in Camera that has failed
I have reset the computer, I have tried every fix on this site
HP and Microsoft have failed thousands of us, I feel
The last update somehow deleted all of my restore points so I cannot go back to July when the camera was fine.

Model M1V69UA#ABA No image devices show up on Device Manager In events: "Device USB\VID_064E&PID_930A&MI_00\6&140a0bd7&0&0000 requires further installation." Driver date:6/21/2006 HP True Vision
The camera light is on but there is a black screen...audio works when on ZOOM but no video. It was working fine until an update corrupted something. I have tried every fix I have found. I reset the computer twice and have tried to load drivers but the HP site has nothing new that I can find. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Lee Nysted Nyslee@msn.com
