Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

The camera is not working on my Elitebook 840 G5 and I am unable to find drivers for Windows 11 Version 24H2.

I downloaded the driver another user posted: 24.20296.50863.0 Rev.A but unfortunately the camera is still not working. I tried the version: 2018.0.18362.2 but this also didn't resolve the issue.

I also ran UEFI diagnostics and it said it passed.

I have seen the camera come on for about a second a few times which suggests the camera itself should work.

Device Manager shows a HD and IR camera listed.

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
