Hello, Dear,

Hope you are doing well. I had problems with the camera and the touchscreen not working. I researched and tried to fix it myself, but I couldn't do it, so please help me. As you can see, there should be a camera between the Bluetooth and the computer. I am living with kids, and I also tried the Windows Insider program. Everything worked well, but now I have these problems now so please help me!!! Have a wonderful day.

Check hidden devices as well, just need to do....

open device manager, click view,  show hidden devices.  Also If both disappeared around the same time it could be related to a driver, chipset, BIOS, or windows update, rather than two separate hardware failures.
