Product: X3000 mouse, Elite wireless keyboard
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have an Elite wireless keyboard - P/N QB467AA - without a USB interface.  I also have an X3000 mouse -  P/N K5D29AA - WITH an interface.  Can I use the mouse's USB interface to connect the mouse and keyboard?

Sorry, you can't. Each device uses its own code
