Click on http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72501-73000/sp72862.exe to download and install the correct chipset for your notebook. This utility will download and install the correct update if available.

 

Also, if you can check http://hp.care/2ggREU3 for some great deal on warranty extension care packs.
