Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Can I upgrade my HP 15-BS145TU Laptop with ssd as I don't know that whether it has secondary section for ssd or not. But I still want to upgrade it from 1 tb hdd to 250 gb ssd.

Yes you can put another M.2 2280 SATA-3 SSD along with current HDD. Making M.2 SSD boot drive and keeping hard drive for storage is better. Nevertheless you can upgrade HDD to 2.5 inch SATA SSD also.
