Can I use Premiere Pro on an S Mode Laptop after switching out of S mode?

I have an S mode laptop. I switched out of S mode and would like to know if I can download Adobe Premiere Pro for editing content (1920 by 1080)

Maybe.. Depends on whether your system meets the requirements for the software.

Check the system requirements for the software.
