I understand that you are looking to know if there is a zoom feature available on your PC.
The webcam on notebooks does not have an optical zoom option by default. It is usually auto-focus.
If you are using a third-party app for the camera, it depends on the app if this feature is available.
Note: HP does not support third-party apps.
