Can my laptop respond to verbal commands?

Product: hp 17 laptop pc
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have made a number of calls to HP to try to find out if my laptop has the capability to respond to verbal commands and get stuck in loops and no one every picks up.

 

Are you able to assist?

I had used a trial version of Dragon Natural Speak a while back and although it worked quite well, the novelty of using it wore off and I quit using it.  If they still have a trial version, you should check it out.
