- Disable <Secure Boot>

- Enable <Legacy Boot>

- Save bios settings and exit

- Start windows setup starting from <USB flash drive> again ...

Enter 4 digits ( that are displayed on screen) and hit ENTER to confirm <disable> of secure boot.

- Confirm error message

- Select each partition and click <delete> and confirm until no partition is left

- hard disc should be empty then windows can start installation

Ok, If this does not work I have the hard drive that I took out when I installed the SSD harddrive. If it is not dead I can boot to it and it has cloning software on it that I would be able to re clone the SSD drive and start again from there.
