Can't Press Shift+Ins

Hello Guys,

Unlike previous HP notebooks that had no insert key, I have one but and it's functioning on its own but whenever I try to use  with Shift+ins it give me the right click action whether i used Fn key or I didn't, as you know this is a very crucial combination that a lot of us needs, appreciate if you can suggest how can we overcome this.

I already tried Shift+Fn+E and it's working but not very convenint for me. Thanks
