Hi, i can't access windows app store, when trying to connect it keep saying,  '' Try That Again-page could not be loaded. Please try again later."

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

  1. Make sure your PC is connected to the Internet
  2. Check your language
    Go to Control Panel >> Region

    Change your Region to United States of America (USA).

    Set your language to USA English.

     

    Save the changes.

     

    3. Ensure your time/clock is correct and that timezone is also correct.

    4. Reset the Windows Store cache. Here is how to >> http://www.thewindowsclub.com/reset-windows-store-cache


    5. Restart your PC, ensure active Internet connection and try again to start it.
