The accept button is frozen over and I can’t click on it to accept using my voice with cortana. When I click back it only goes to start the cycle of the same two pages again

Hi @Zebra36

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the Cortana issue.

Try these steps -

Step 1 System File Checker -

1) Select Start, and in the search box, enter Command Prompt. Press and hold (or right-click) Command Prompt (Desktop app) from the search results and select Run as administrator.
2) Enter DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth (note the spaces before each "/").
3) Enter sfc /scannow (note the space between "sfc" and "/").

Step 2 End Cortana's process -

1) Right-click the Start button.
2) Click Task Manager.

3) Click Cortana.
4) Click End Task.

Step 3 Restart Windows Explorer -

1) Right-click the Start button.
2) Click Task Manager.

3) Click Windows Explorer. (It's located near the bottom of the Task Manager menu.)
4) Click Restart.
