I am trying to turn my Chrome app into a desktop shortcut but it won't show up in my start menu.

These are the HP forums, not Lenovo forums. For problems with the Lenovo Flex, you have to contact Lenovo support.

"Apps" are sometimes difficult to stick to the Desktop.

Desktop shortcut is not the same thing as pinning something to your Start.

What version of Windows are you running?

What the the name of the "Chrome app" - that is, what is it?

What have you already tried?

Is there somewhere else you should be asking the question?

We are an HP help community...

For example - should you be asking the Lenovo or  Microsoft Community

Thank you for participating in the HP Community.

The Community is a separate wing of the HP website - We are not a business group of HP..
