My Probook 6560b has BIOS version 68SCF Ver. F.42

I see the BIOS for my kind of laptop has at least reached version F62 - maybe higher. Yet, when I try to find it, I am brought to a page ( https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-probook-6560b-notebook-pc/5045605/model/5045612?... ) that only offers version F01. What is the latest version, and where can I download it?

The relevant link on https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05143527 is dead.

Nobody knows where to find the up-to-date BIOS for my notebook?
Even the HP moderators don't know?

Strange..
