I have seen numerous posts about not being able to download google on the new HP laptops. Link are provided by the "experts" however the links take you back to same spot...can not download in S mode...go to the app store and its not there. How can I download apps to this laptop that are not located in the edge app store. I am new to an SSD...I can say while its fast and clean...if I can not use it for my hobbies because I can not down load the apps...I will have to return this item. I have googled or should I say "BING'ed" for answers...no help telling me how to download apps on an SSD laptop. No too happy...NEED real help.

That is the problem. You have to get out of S mode to be able to install apps which are not on Windows Store. Please use the following instructions

Regards.
