Product: HP ENVY m6-n010dx Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)
I recently got this laptop they seem to be working fine when I first got it about a month-and-a-half ago. Two weeks ago the windows would not start up properly and autofix did not work so I reset the computer to factory. Once I did that my cursor started jumping around a lot I looked on this form and found that disabling the touch screen would help and it did . And now I cannot reinstall Microsoft Office 365 I continue to get it error which states something went wrong. What can I do to fix the problem?

Tap away f2 key as soon as you power on notebook, enter System Diagnostics UEFI, thereafter perform extensive hard drive and memory tests. Let it complete. Report back with results.
I would not expect these kind of issues in a newly bought notebook.
In any case, I would suggest you to request HP official support technicians to look into it and rectify. It may be hardware issue. The System Diagnostics tests suggested above will tell you about this.
Have you already created HP recovery USB using HP recovery manager software just after initial setup of the notebook?

What is the exact error message you get on reinstalling Office 365?
Have you purchased activation licence from Microsoft separately?
This notebook did not come with full version activation licence for Office 365.

Sorry something went wrong. Through my student account I am allowed to download Microsoft Office 365 and use my student ID and password to login. It worked fine until the windows wouldn't operate properly. And after I reset the computer to factory is when it stopped allowing me to download the software. But it is through my students account
