Hello @Ub6424

Apparently, all the tests has been done (PASSED) at the end of the test. So normally, hardware level, it's good.

Thank you 🙂

Hello @Ub6424,

Thank you for your message.

I come back to you regarding my problem.

I ran those commands you mentioned but everything went well, no errors, no corrupted files.

I did it a second time after restarting the computer, but no error was detected.

I tried to reinstall a driver downloaded from the HP site, same problem, a command is executed at the end of the installation and the cmd closes without installing anything at all, displaying errors as I mentioned in my old post.

Hello @othmaqsa

How are you ?

So now I want you to do a security test...

1) Reboot windows

(2) Please download and install Malwarebytes Scanner

https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download

Direct Download:

https://www.malwarebytes.com/api/downloads/mb-windows?filename=MBSetup-37335.37335.exe

(3) Start Malwarebytes and run a full scan !

If if found malware let it clean !

(4) Reboot

(5) Test again

Please report your results ( screenshots, error messages ... )

best regards

Hello @Ub6424,

How are you ?

Thank you for your message.

I have downloaded the program you are telling me to install, but again it does nothing. No malware found.

I then restarted the computer and tried to install this program to test: HP Hotkey Support - UWP

Same problem, the download is done correctly, then when the installation is finalized, a CMD window opens with the famous message and nothing is installed.

I remind you that this problem appears just when I try to install programs downloaded from the HP site.

When I install an x program from a site (AI or PS, Adobe etc...) , everything works correctly.

Thank you.

Fine and you ? 😊

This is very strange. Has this problem existed since the beginning or has it only appeared after various Windows updates?

Please report your results
