I received a card with the purchase of a computer from QVC . I tried to get to the promo site with no success. What's up with this?. Can you help?.

What if?

I suspect if HP is offering any promotions, such would be included inside the sealed product box else posted on the outside of the box as part of the original box -- not bits of paper pasted on the outside of the box.
