When I right click on any document or photo the right click menu does not show up. I tried using the short cut on the keyboard to copy and paste and it doesn't work. I tried using the button within the documents folder and that did not work. How do I fix this issue?

You might have Tablet mode enabled.
Windows key + A (to open the Action Center)
Click on Tablet mode to toggle the on / off
Switch Tablet mode to "off"
