Cannot install ICPS despite following tutorial #2

Hello @VikramTheGreat.

 I wanted to ask, does HP have a schedule for when to validate newer ICPS versions? It's been over a year since the last version was released, despite the ICPS available through the intel driver and support assistant program (which cannot be installed as it is not validated) having often been updated, as recently as the 20th of December (10 days ago).
