HI all, recently I had to clean install again Windows 11. After the OS installation I was able to download and install HP Command Center from the Store, unfortunately the Glam Cam functionality doesn't work, when selected it says "Impossible to find the selected service" and presents a Download button to install the feature. THe problem is, when pressing the button the download effectively starts and it's completed at 100%, but the feature doesn't install itself. If I close and reopen the app, I'm presented again with the error message and download button.

Anyone with a similar issue? Is there another way to install the Glam Cam software?

Thanks

Daniel

The GlamCam Widget software is on the Microsoft Store site, but just not indexed.

Go to https://www.microsoft.com/store/productId/9N0LBZSQHN6N?ocid=pdpshare

Post back if this doesn't work for you.

Hi, thanks for the link. Unfortunately the app I was using/searching is a different one, the one in the link you provided seems targeted to tablet camera usages. The glamcam functionality I'm trying to reactivate is supposedly part of "HP Command Center" software, it should be possible to install it from within the software itself but unfortunately everytime I try to do it, it get stuck at 100% download without actually installing the functionality.

Thanks anyway for the suggestion.
