Product: Notebook HP 15s-fq1900nc
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I've just bought a new laptop. I'm currently living in Slovakia. I cannot get thd keyboard to type the @ sign so I cannot sign in as part of the set up process.  Can anyone help? I've tried all ths tips on the HP site.

What is keyboard layout on your PC? What happens if you press  the same key without holding shift key?
