The reason your PC doesn't meet the W11 hardware requirements is because it has an Intel® Core™ i3-7100U processor and W11 requires 8th gen core processors or newer.
If you are interested in installing W11 24H2 on your PC as is, watch this video:
How to install Windows 11 24H2 on Unsupported PC (Early Access) 2024 (youtube.com)
Download the W24H2 ISO file and use that (3rd option).
Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)
You can download the free 7-Zip file utility from the link below. The top line is for 64 bit.
You'll have to repeat this procedure each October when Microsoft rolls out the new builds because a PC that does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements will never automatically get the update to the next build.
Other than that, your PC will continue to get the monthly cumulative and other updates.
That's only a minor inconvenience to have continued OS support beyond October of 2025.

I didn't have any problems whatsoever using the instructions in that video, so I can't help you with that.
There is another pretty easy way to bypass the requirements:
Follow the instructions for how to do an in-place upgrade.
I only check the first two options on the bypass instructions.

Here's the link to the Rufus download website:
I use the portable version.
Set the Rufus partition scheme to GPT, not MBR if your notebook has secure boot enabled with the BIOS in UEFI mode (which was the default BIOS setting).
Your notebook's processor supports SSE 4.2 and POPCNT.
I used to use this method all the time until I found the first video I posted for you.

That drive you see is one I put in there ws no drive there but it won't boot from that drive anyway. I got a 1tb ssd and got it in but it's not formatted and now it won't boot or let me boot from a USB flash drive. So how do I get it to format and boot from it now???

Was there a drive cable to connect the drive to?
Usually if a 2.5" drive wasn't included none of the parts were there to add one.
To boot from a USB flash drive to install Windows on the drive, have the installation media plugged into the PC's USB port.
Turn on or restart the PC.
Immediately tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.
Select the F9 boot options menu and from that select the EFI USB flash drive and press the Enter key.
The PC should boot from the flash drive and the Windows installation files should begin to load.
If that doesn't work, then I don't know what the problem is.
