HP Envy 17t Quad Touch Smart
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Playing around with some strange e-book reader software, it apparently changed my notebook OS 8.1 login ID and password.  I can get in because I remember the ID and password I used for the product, but how do I change the login and password for the system back to what I had?

Thanks.

P.S. I don't recall there being a system login ID before - just the prompt for the password.  If that's the way the system was, then I need to get it back that way again.

Actually it has changed my system user ID also, so, I need to change my system user name and password back to what they were.

Thanks.
