Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So recently my son through my laptop because a game i see the screen there is no cracks or nothing so i charge it there is no power but the light is on... can i fix this myself or have to have a professional do it?

I understand that your HP notebook is not powering on. If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Notebook PCs - Computer Does Not Start:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01997899 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
