Hello. 

I need to know what is my laptop chipset, The problem is I don't have an operating system installed. I couldn't find any tutorial how to find it without an OS.

These are the only specs available for your notebook:

 

HP Notebook - 14-cf0006nx Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

 

The chipset is not even listed in the service manual.

 

HP 14 Laptop PC Maintenance and Service GuideIMPORTANT! This document is intended for HP authorized ...

 

It would be the Intel Chipset that supports the Kaby Lake R processors.
