I installed Chrome browser, and he refuses to sync with Gmail (can not sign in with Google or Gmail) What happens? And what is the solution?

Both Chrome browser and Gmail are products from Google, not HP. You need to
(a) Open Chrome browser,
(b) Log in to your Gmail account the use Settings to allow your Gmail account to be sync'ed
Otherwise, please check Security and ask Google.
