Somehow one of my flash drives that I use for document files has been set to READ ONLY. I have tried Diskpart to clear the read only and the message says cleared successfully, but it isn't. Any suggestions what else I can Try?

What program do you use to create those documents? Perhaps you inadvertantly set read only with the program, try using it to undo read only. Other than that, use Disk Management in Windows to take control of the flash drive.

I want to thank you for your advise, but I am sorry to say that it did not help. Because of the read only, I could not manger to get Disk Manger to do anything. Diskpart says that clear readonly was successful, but the flash drive is still read only. The only other thought I have had is maybe Diskpart is not recognizing that I am an administrator.
