I get the best performance of SSD.Which is the best way to get the highest & best performance for an SSD?I use samsung evo 250 gb m.2 sata ssd. Cloning or new installation?
If fresh installation in SSD is the process to get the pick performance then How to install my genuine windows 10 to ssd?

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know what is the best way to install the operating system on your computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
You can do a fresh installing on the SSD however, it may not help the performance compared to cloning.
You can use the HP cloud recovery tool to download and install the operating system on the SSD.
