HP Recommended

Tried in my  Envy and Omen laptops with latest i7 CPU and 16 GB RAM and SS drives
The same software runs well in my Dell desktop with 16 GB RAM .
Consulted with the   Software originator  and they are saying this is  HP issue..

Any thoughts?
