Product: OMEN by HP - 15-ce001la

I have read that the coolsense software has been discontinued and that I can find it in the OMEN gaming hub. The question is: where can I find it? It doesn't appear, or how do I activate it? My laptop model is OMEN by HP - 15-ce001la.
