Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I have a Pavilion 17-g151no and when i try to install the Coolsense technologi the message i get is: Coolsense needs .net framework to work. You can download it from microsoft. Would like to do it now? Ts it possible that my laptop don`t support it? I got this laptop from a relative. I please needs anwsers.

Hi:

 

You can enable Net Framework 3.5 in W10 by going to the Windows control panel>Programs>Programs and Features>Turn Windows Features on or Off.  When the window opens, check the Net framwork 3.5 box.

 

After that installs, you should be able to install HP Coolsense.
