I am having a strange challenge that I can copy and paste. I am unable to highlight the paragraphs or words I want to copy. I tried setting, updated drivers, and performed the detailed tests on hardware and software. Any suggestions, please? Thanks

Since copy and paste works but text selection  doesn’t. That usually points to a mouse or trackpad issue not a clipboard problem. Try different mouse or use the trackpad.

Which software you using? Try another software and then try to copy text.

I tried in Word, on web pages, and in PDF. The issue is that I am unable to highlight the field I want to copy. Thanks for the help, appreciate it very much.
