Hello, I see that you have found a solution to the flickering cursor problem. I tried to use this resolution, but I can't seem to find the folder that you are talking about, Could you please tell me where to find sthis file that you said you deleted? OMG! Thank you so much ! I like factory reset my computer then reinstalled Windows 10 and everything. Thought all was well, once I restarted my computer, SAME THING STARTED AGAIN! Idk where this post was when i googled it forever ago. But thank you!

Hi, I had the same problem, but I share what I did: check device manager, right click on biometric device > then disable or uninstal the second folder. I did work for my laptop but appeared again after powerin off!

I just created an account on this site solely to say thank you for finding this fix.  I had 3 seperate hour+ phone calls with Microsoft trying to resolve this issue, brought my computer over to one of my friend's places, and had begun considering just getting a new laptop altogether for awihle.  I can't believe what a quirky, quick fix this was, and I'm sooooo grateful for your help.  Thanks a bunch!
