Why is it so hard to live chat to HP support? Is it even possible?? I have tried repeatedly however with no luck. I have a problem with my laptop and Microsoft said it could be a hardware issue. I would like to sort this out quickly so speaking to a HP representative live would be great. I don't understand why it is so difficult to contact support. Both microsoft and apple provide this service and im thinking of switch my PC to Dell to hopefully recieve better support. I look forward to hearing from anyone on this issue.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
