Model 15-bs033cl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I first got the laptop, Model 15-bs033cl, I was able to add a file folder to the HP JumpStart menu. I somehow deleted the folder from the menu and I have been unable to figure out how to add it back . I would appreciate some help to get it back. To further explain, I didn't delete the folder from My Documents, I only deleted it from JumpStart. One thing I tried was to right click the folder, click Create Shortcut, but that didn't work. I also tried to copy the folder and paste it to JumpStart--no luck.

Thank you.

@sallyjean_1 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you would like to Customize HP JumpStart Menu.

You can go ahead and uninstall HP JumpStart app if you don’t use it. HP JumpStart guides you through a multi-step welcome process that includes HP Registration, McAfee registration, HP Dropbox offer activation, and an HP JumpStart Concierge screen with tips to help you personalize your computer and install apps.

Hope that answers your question.

@sallyjean_1  thank you for the reply to my post. In your reply you indicated that I can remove JumpStart if I don't use it. Thanks again, but that isn't my issue. I do use JumpStart.

My issue is I want to add a file folder to JumpStart. I have successfully added a folder to it before but I don't remember how I did it and I would like to add one again.

Thanks again.
