@Jungju

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824

System Restore returns your computer to the files and settings from the restore point. Your personal files and documents are not affected. You can also undo a System Restore if the restore does not resolve the issue or if the issue becomes worse.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

The product # Z5M38AA#ABA, Product Name: 750-514, Serial# 4CE7191Y4W, WINDOWS 10 HOME 64.

I called MS Tech Support on Jun 24 to fix Dolby Atmos. To fix it, MS Tech Support uninstalled and then re-installed Windows10 on my compute without backing up existing content. It wiped clean all applications, including original CyberLink Media bundle.

Can HP help me to retrieve it?

@Jungju

Thank you for posting back.

To get the answer to this question, it's not possible to recover information from the hard drive if datas are wiped out completely.
As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
I would request you to reach out to our HP Smart Friend Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Smart Friend Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Hopefully this will work. If you go to the Software and Drivers page for your model you can download the Cyberlink Power Media Player software

https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-750-500-desktop-pc-series/13823509/model/15...

Click on Software - Multimedia and download the Media Player. Hopefully that will reinstall the Cyberlink Media Bundle you are looking for.
