Product: Example: Pavilion 360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
HI guys, I tried to copy my mobile camera pictures to my new laptop (pavilion 360,256gb ssd), data is not copying with a error DATA SUPPPLIED IS OF WRONG TYPE. Laptop and mobile connected with usb cable, kept in transfer data mode in my mobile(Samsung galaxy note8) How to fix the issue... kindly help me

Can you see your camera (phone ?) in File Explorer.  What is it ?
