HP Notebook - 15-ba021ax
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a

HP Notebook - 15-ba021ax laptop..It has AMD processor and runs windows 10 64 bits.

In the device manager window I found the following errors as yellow exclamation points.

1)Imaging devices->260ci WIA Driver(USB) [manufacturer:Kyosera]

Device status shows the message : "This device cannot start. (Code 10)

The specified request is not a valid operation for the target device."

2)other devices->PCI Encryption/Decryption controller

 Device status shows the message :

"The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There are no compatible drivers for this device.

To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver."

When I tried updating it showed windows could not find driver

3)the same exact error as the one above for my SM bus controller and five other unknown devices

4) sd host adapters->SDA Standard compiant SD host controller

The device status shows :

"

This device is currently waiting on another device or set of devices to start. (Code 51)

Dependencies:
ACPI\AMD0030\0

"

How can I solve these errors?

Hi, @CLOUDENVY :

Download and install the AMD Chipset drivers and restart the PC.  You want the 1st file listed on the webpage.

That will install a good number of those devices.

Do you have HP Support Assistant installed? If so open it and let it scan for drivers. If you don't have it installed use this download:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp79001-79500/sp79243.exe

Or go to your Support page and install drivers. Latest AMD Graphics first.Restart the laptop. Realtek Card Reader driver is needed for SDA Standard compiant SD host controller

@CLOUDENVY

Do you still have errors showing in Device Manager? If so install the first file as mentioned above. Restart the laptop after installing.

Hi:

The 260ci WIA device is your Kyocera 260ci scanner that needs a driver.

Unfortunately, I can't help you with that.

I suggest you use the latest driver from the manufacturer's support page.
