HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-eb1043dx

HP HAS NOT UPDATED OR OFFERED AN UPDATE TO MANY OF MY DRIVERS SINCE THE LAPTOP WAS PURCHASED  IN JUNE OF 2021). IT HAS BEEN A CONTINUOUS AND ONGOING BARRIER TO THE PROPER FUNCTIONING AND USE OF THE MAJORITY OF EVEN THE MOST BASIC COMPUTER TASKS. I WAS NEVER ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY WORK IN ANY ADOBE PROGRAM, ALTHOUGH IT SHOULD HAVE HAD NO PROBLEM IN THAT AREA. MY GRAPHICS DRIVER HAS BEEN A HUGE PAIN, AND TO THIS DAY WILL NOT EFFECTIVELY DOWNLOAD AND KEEP THE UPDATED GRAPHICS, BLUETOOTH, AND WIFI DRIVERS THAT I WAS FORCED TO DOWNLOAD TO FROM THE INTEL WEBSITE FOR LACK OF ANY OTHER OPTIONS. I CANNOT EVEN RELY ON THIS PC IN ORDER TO WATCH A MOVIE WITHOUT ISSUES, LET ALONE WORK WITH FILES, OR USE IT FOR WORK OR CREATIVE PURPOSES. I LOVE TO RESEARCH AND WRITE, AND WAS HOPING A NEW PC WOULD HELP STREAMLINE THE PROCESS, AND THAT I COULD UTILIZE THE TOUCH SCREEN AND DIGITAL PEN TO CREATE NOTES AND DOCUMENTS. INSTEAD, I AM BACK TO THE GOOD OLD-FASHIONED NOTEBOOK AND GEL PENS. THE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH THIS PC HAS SOLIDIFIED MY DECISION TO NEVER PURCHASE AN HP COMPUTER IN THE FUTURE (AN HP DESKTOP WAS THE FIRST COMPUTER I PURCHASED IN 1998, WHICH HAD PROBLEMS ALSO). THIS LAPTOP HAD TO HAVE ITS MOTHERBOARD REPLACED WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR, BUT IT NEVER STOPPED HAVING ISSUES, EVEN WITH A NEW REPLACEMENT PART INSTALLED AT ONE OF HP'S SERVICING LOCATIONS. IT'S BEEN A LITTLE OVER 2 YEARS NOW, AND I CAN'T COUNT THE NUMBER OF TIMES I HAVE WANTED TO SMASH THIS THING. I TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO NOT PURCHASE AN HP COMPUTER. I GUESS I WILL BE STUCK STRUGGLING WITH THIS ONE FOR A WHILE, AS I DO NOT KNOW WHEN I WILL BE ABLE TO AFFORD TO BUY ANOTHER LAPTOP. INSTEAD OF BEING A JOY TO USE FOR WORK AND HOBBIES, IT HAS BEEN NOTHING OTHER THAN AN ON-GOING HEADACHE. I HAD TWO LENOVOS BEFORE THIS HP LAPTOP (HP SPECTRE X360 CONVERTIBLE LAPTOP 15-EB1043DX), AND EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE, THEY MANAGED TO LAST MUCH LONGER AND WITH NO ISSUES. I COULD FILL A BOOK WITH ALL THE ONGOING PROBLEMS, BUT I SHOULDNT HAVE TO. I CANNOT EVEN FIND OUT HOW TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT. MAYBE BBB OR CONSUMER AFFAIRS?
