Envy laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought my ENVY laptop with a DVD player about 18 months ago with Windows 8.1. I was able to play CDs and DVDs without problems. I upgraded to Windows 10, and since then the system has been asking to subcribe to Power DVD player software before I can play my DVDs. I should not have to buy extra softaware to use my DVD player. Please help.

Hi,

After upgrading to Windows 10, the software is not compatible and normally it will ask you yo buy the product. Please use the following player, it will play nearly all media formats and it is free.
