@Ahamed_Haseen, Hello and welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your question. I'm here to help you get things back on track.
I understand your HP Notebook is running slow and Microsoft Office isn't working properly. Let's go through a few steps to help improve your system's performance and get Office back on track.
Run HP Support Assistant
HP Support Assistant can automatically detect and fix many performance issues.
- Press Windows + S, type HP Support Assistant, and open it.
- Go to "My Dashboard" > Select your device.
- Click "Troubleshooting and Fixes" > "Performance Tune-up Check".
- Follow the on-screen instructions.

Free Up System Resources
Too many background apps can slow down your PC.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
- Go to the Startup tab.
- Disable unnecessary apps (right-click > Disable).
Run Disk Cleanup
- Press Windows + S, type Disk Cleanup, and open it.
- Select your system drive (usually C:).
- Check all boxes (especially Temporary files) and click OK.
Update Windows and Drivers
Outdated software can cause performance issues.
- Go to Settings > Windows Update and install all updates.
- In HP Support Assistant, check for driver updates under "Updates".
Repair Microsoft Office
- Press Windows + S, type Apps & Features, and open it.
- Find Microsoft Office in the list.
- Click it > Modify > Choose Quick Repair (or Online Repair if needed).
Optional: Run HP Hardware Diagnostics
To rule out hardware issues:
- Turn off your PC.
- Turn it on and immediately press Esc repeatedly, then F2.
- Run System Tests > Quick Test or Extensive Test.
I hope the information shared has been useful and resolves your concern.
