I need help. I don't understand why my order was declined and I've been trying to get in contact with HP. I never got my money back and I want to know why it was declined. Please help!

I am sorry that happened - I cannot provide an explanation.


Getting through to the HP Store / HP Store Customer Service to ask your question will likely take longer than usual.  Both departments are VERY busy.


That said,

Our Community is not a business group - we are not in any way associated with the HP Store, Customer Service.


This response is a courtesy - 

We do not have a way to move people to the head of the line and we cannot connect anyone to the Store Customer Service department.
